Paid Signal watches your Shopify orders and sends a conversion event to the ad platforms you connect when an order is confirmed paid. It is a reporting and signal-forwarding tool. It does not process payments, ship anything, or change your orders.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for who you invite into your workspace. Tell us promptly at info@paidsignal.app if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your data stays yours. By connecting your store you permit us to read the order data described in the privacy policy and to send the derived events to the platforms you enable. You can disconnect at any time by uninstalling the app, which stops all processing.
You are responsible for having the right to send your customers’ hashed identifiers to the ad platforms you choose to enable, and for your own obligations to your customers under applicable privacy law.
We report what your store and the ad platforms tell us. We cannot guarantee that a platform accepts, attributes or optimises on an event — that is their decision, made with their own matching and attribution rules. Nor can we guarantee that connecting Paid Signal improves advertising performance.
The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost advertising spend or lost revenue.
Do not use Paid Signal to send events for orders that were not genuinely paid, to send data you have no right to send, or to attempt to reach another workspace’s data. Sending fabricated conversions to an ad platform breaks that platform’s terms as well as ours.
Paid Signal is free while in early access. If that changes we will give workspace admins notice by email before any charge applies, and you can stop using the service at any time.
You can uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin; processing stops immediately and your data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop deletion request. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or puts the service or other merchants at risk.
